I have been an active Real Estate Broker since 1989.  In the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to have had the privilege of working in every capacity associated with commercial real estate.  I began my real estate career as an employee with an Investment Advisory Corporation located in Anaheim, California.  My responsibilities included developing cash-flow projections and underwriting models to determine if an asset acquisition fit the specific parameters for numerous national pension fund portfolios under management. 

I am proficient in lease analysis, expense and debt analysis and using local demographic, historical information and realistic future projections to determine the future value of all types of commercial real estate.  I am also well versed in development and implementation of budgets and monitoring monthly activity for commercial real estate including multi family complexes.

My husband and I relocated to the Medford area in early 2003.  Southern Oregon is a fantastic place to enjoy all of the amenities a fast growing urban area has to offer; World renowned Shakespearean Festival, Britt Festival, gorgeous outdoor scenery for camping, hiking or just enjoying the four seasons.
